Terms & Conditions for Dream Vacation Tours $5,000 Gift Certificate
Eligibility: This gift certificate is only applicable towards a Dream Vacation Tours motorcoach tour. It does not apply to cruises, river cruises, or any other package that does not have a motorcoach component departing from Moncton, NB.
Validity Period: The certificate must be booked within 12 months from the date of declaration as the winner.
Transferability: The certificate is transferable for a fee of $500 CAD.
Non-Cash Value: This certificate has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
Usage Restrictions: The gift certificate is subject to availability and must be used in accordance with Dream Vacation Tours’ booking policies.
Additional Costs: Any additional costs exceeding the $5,000 value of the gift certificate are the responsibility of the certificate holder.
Reservation Process: To redeem the certificate, the holder must contact Dream Vacation Tours directly and provide the certificate details during the booking process.
Cancellation and Amendments: Cancellation or amendment of a booking made with the gift certificate will be subject to Dream Vacation Tours’ standard cancellation policies and fees.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the province of New Brunswick in.
